The Honeywell HumidIcon™ has many additional features and benefits, including: a Wide operating temperature range of -25 °C to 85 °C [-13 °F to 185 °F] which allows for use in many diverse applications; optional one or two percent RH level alarm outputs which allows for user monitoring to determine whether the RH level has exceeded or fallen below predetermined and critical levels; multiple function ASIC on-board lowers or eliminates the risk and cost of OEM calibration; the industry-standard package simplifies design-in; and two available configurations increase flexibility of use. The configurations are HIH-6130 which offers no filter, non-condensing, or the HIH-6131 which offers a hydrophobic filter and is condensation-resistant which allows for use in many condensing environments.
