The MCP1632 expands Microchip’s growing line of low-power, high-performance DC/DC boost converters. Microchip recently released a strong offering of low-power, fully-integrated boost regulators. The MCP1632 PWM controller with the low-side driver expands Microchip’s coverage of boost, and buck-boost, based power conversion topologies to address a wider variety of application requirements. For higher-voltage, and higher-power applications, the MCP1632 provides strong performance, including efficiency and transient response, while minimizing component count through smart integration.
