SPM-HZ/HZR Series Automotive Power Inductors
TDK’s SPM-HZ/HZR series wound metal inductors are designed for automotive power circuit applications
TDK's SPM-HZ and SPM-HZR series inductors are wirewound with a metal core and designed for use in automotive power circuit applications such as car navigation and audio, electronic power steering, headlights, and others. These inductors are magnetically shielded, and the structure has an integrated molded coil, so hum noise is lower than with ferrite core adhesive coils. Compared with ferrite-wound inductors, SPM-HZ and SPM-HZR series inductors can achieve large current and low RDC and have a small size. They also feature low inductance variance in high-temperature environments with good DC superimposition characteristics.
