Image of Qorvo QPL1841 Single-Ended 12.5 dB CAT Amplifier The QPL1841 from Qorvo is a GaAs pHEMT single-ended MMIC RF amplifier IC designed for broadband CATV DOCSIS 4.0 applications. It features 12.5 dB of gain and operates from 5 MHz to 850 MHz with low noise and high linearity. The device supports upstream operation and is suitable for use in nodes, amplifiers, remote PHY devices, FTTH, home gateways, and cable modems. It operates from a single supply voltage of 5 V or 8 V and is housed in a compact 3 mm x 3 mm 16-pin QFN package.
