Many tools are available to test the device, including discovery kits and evaluation boards that work with a GUI. New evaluation boards based on Arduino layout are also available. It can also be connected to a NUCLEO board where the 32 bit ARM microcontroller drives the stepper motors. The designer has direct access to a C code and can create a prototype quickly.
