Several of these parts that have been designed for Intel standards, and will be used on next generation platforms. On most of these platforms power is a big concern, Renesas is addressing this concern with new families of low power timing devices. LP_HCSL devices are fully compatible with HCSL levels. In addition LP_HCSL devices also meet all of the Intel Yellow Cover performance requirements.
