SPM-DZ Series Automotive Power Inductors
TDK's SPM-DZ series inductors offer low RDC and compactness with a 4.3 mm x 4.0 mm footprint and a 2 mm height
TDK's SPM-DZ series magnetically shielded, wirewound inductors for automotive power circuits use a metallic magnetic material. Compared to ferrite-wound type inductors, the SPM-DZ series offers low RDC and compactness with a footprint of 4.3 mm x 4.0 mm and a height of just 2 mm. SPM-DZ inductors also offer vibration resistance up to 30 G thanks to a unique vibration-resistant product structure. Inductance ranges from 0.10 µH to 2.2 µH with ±20% to ±30% inductance tolerance and rated currents from 4.6 A to 24.6 A. SPM-DZ inductors are AEC-Q200 compliant and ideally suited for applications such as ADAS, ECM, BCM, and more.
