STMicroelectronics' STM8L ultra low-power, ultra low-voltage 8-bit MCU family combines a high performance STM8 8-bit core with advanced analog functions on an optimized ultra low-power 130 nm technology platform. This family features 26 compatible devices that deliver scalable performance down to 350 nA static power and industry-leading 150 µA/MHz dynamic current. A complete set of easy-to-use development tools includes free firmware libraries, a free ST MCU Toolset, compilers (Cosmic, IAR & Raisonance), a new EWSTM8 IAR Embedded Workbench, and very-low cost in-circuit debuggers (RLink & ST-LINK).
