STMicroelectronics STM32G0B1 expands the efficient STM32G0 series, embedding up to 512 KB Flash and 144 KB RAM memory from packages as small as 32-pin and up to 100-pin. Additionally, it supports the USB full-speed host/device, integrated USB Type-C® controller and transceivers, FDCAN protocol, and up to 8 UART.
