Integrated CMOSens® technology offers gas-mixture outputs and high performance down to the smallest flows. Factory calibrations for standard gases and smart mixing options allow for easy integration and faster development time. Several options for fittings and a compact form-factor support typical medical and industrial applications with compact designs.
