HOFFMAN’s Type 4X, 4, 12, and 13 enclosures perform well in applications where harsh chemicals, weather extremes, and corrosive environments demand toughness
HOFFMAN’s Type 4X, 4, 12, and 13 PolyPro polyester enclosures have excellent ultraviolet protection, tight environmental seal, and are recyclable. Standard models include body and cover, two mounting feet, two latch assemblies with optional cover screws, and hardware. PolyPro enclosures provide a degree of protection inside or out from a broad range of solvents, alkalis, and acids. The polyester material can easily be modified in the field for holes and cutouts with standard tools. The standard finish on these enclosures is RAL 7035 light-gray textured inside and out.
