USB3CFTV Memory Key

The Amphenol PCD harsh-environment solution for USB series is the USB3.2 memory key. The USB3.2 Gen1 Type-C reinforced memory keys are built with MIL-DTL-38999 series III design, ensuring security for sensitive information in demanding military, avionics/airframe, and industrial environments. It boasts the latest TLC 3D flash technology (BiCS3), and product life management (PLM) offers insight into future upgrades and obsolescence. Designed for C5ISR, battlefield, ground vehicles, navy, and railway applications, these keys feature robust characteristics including a tri-start thread coupling mechanism, global wear leveling, and environmental protection against fluids, dust, salt spray, vibrations, and extreme temperatures.

The USB3C key series are IP68 sealed for mated pairs. A variety of materials and platings allow for customer satisfaction based on application. These are tested to MIL-STD equivalents and meet or exceed specifications for a D3899.

Compatible with USB3CFTV connectors and are available in 16 Gb to 256 Gb. Once connected, users can confidently transfer data at USB3.2 Gen1's maximum transfer rate of 5 Gb/s, or seamlessly revert to USB2.0 transfer speeds of 480 Mb/s when necessary.
