Sige Rectifiers in CFP Packages | Datasheet Preview

The rectifiers have a low forward voltage drop and low reverse recovery as well as extremely low leakage current, enabling high efficiency operation. They’re housed in Clip-bonded FlatPower packages that use up to 56% less board space than SMA and SMB packages. The package has a solid copper clip that provides high thermal performance, with a safe operating area that extends to 175°C at the max reverse voltage. They also have low parasitic capacitance and inductance for fast and smooth switching performance. Nexperia SiGe rectifiers are available with reverse voltage ratings up to 200 V and forward current ratings up to 3 A.
