Stacked Polymer Capacitors | Datasheet Preview

Vishay's stacked polymer tantalum capacitors are a surface-mountable solution that provides maximum capacitance and voltage for space-constrained applications. These ultra-low ESR capacitors undergo high-reliability processing including 100% surge current tested, accelerated voltage conditions, thermal shock, statistical DC leakage screening at elevated temperatures and voltage. The capacitors have a high ripple current capability and no wear-out effect. The molded case is a 7343 EIA size and stacks and the molding compound has been selected to meet the requirements of UL 94 V-0 and outgassing requirements of ASTM E-595. The Stacked Polymer Capacitors are well-suited for decoupling, smoothing, filtering and switch-mode and point-of-load power supplies as well as infrastructure equipment and storage.
