Silicon Labs Thunderboard React | DigiKey Daily

Silicon Labs has created a complete Bluetooth Low Energy reference solution with the Thunderboard React. The Thunderboard React both collects and delivers sensor data to the cloud with a mobile app that seamlessly connects to this database. The Bluetooth Smart module is 4.2 compliant that can transmit at up to positive 8 dBm and is integrated directly with an ARM Cortex M4 processor. Onboard is a suite of Silicon Labs sensors including an ambient light sensor, hall effect magnetic sensor, humidity and temperature sensor, as well as an Invensense gyro plus accelerometer MotionTracking Device. This small, low cost device is excellent for creating Bluetooth based IoT devices.
