Introduction to TOPSwitch-JX -Power Integrations

TOPSwitch-JX cost effectively incorporates a 725 V power MOSFET, high voltage switched current source, multi-mode PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device. TOPSwitch-JX employs a multi-mode control technique which seamlessly transitions between four different switching modes as load decreases ensuring maximum efficiency under any load condition without increasing costs.
