Littelfuse’s TTape™ Temperature Monitoring Tape is designed to provide rapid response times of less than 1 second, with a thickness of under 500 µm, making it ideal for conformal installation in multi-cell battery packs. It features a two-wire interface for simple integration, eliminating the need for complex wire harnesses and calibration. The tape can monitor over-temperature conditions in large areas or multiple cells with a single MCU input and includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive for easy installation. This technology is a robust solution for precise thermal management in battery management systems (BMS), complementing NTC thermistors and ensuring reliable operation within safe temperature ranges.
