Kitronik MeArm Robot Classic Maker Kit | DigiKey Daily

Kitronik offers their MeArm Robot Classic Maker Kit, which is an easy-to-build robot arm kit that's designed to get children, ages 11 and up, learning about technology, engineering and programming. While this kit does require assembly, the only necessary tool is a hex key, and one is included in the box. Other items included in the box are parts and screws for the structure of the arm and four metal gear servos. Keep in mind that this kit is only the mechanical arm, and it does NOT include any type of control board. Therefore, it requires a suitable method of controlling the arm, such as a joystick, keypad, levers, sliding potentiometer, or a microcontroller. It also requires a power supply.
