HCTSM8 Series Transformers | Datasheet Preview

These high-voltage, push/pull, high-clearance and high-creepage distance isolation power transformers are driven with 3.3 volts to 5 volts input and deliver from 3.3 volts to 15 volts up to 350 milliamps. Other features include a toroid core for high coupling, high efficiency, and low radiation, a reinforced insulation for a working voltage of 800 volts, configured in various turns ratio, and being AEC-Q200 compliant. This transformer series is designed to support isolated interface power for CAN, RS-485, RS-422, RS-232, SPI, I2C, and lower-power LAN. Applications include automotive electronics, medical applications, circuits necessitating low DC power, and those applications requiring isolation from possible hazardous voltages.
