Analog Devices ADuM34xE Quad Digital Isolators | Datasheet Preview
Analog Devices introduces the ADuM34xE Quad Digital Isolators, a series of high-performance isolators designed to provide exceptional robustness against radiated and conducted noise. These isolators utilize ADI's iCoupler® technology and combine CMOS and air core transformer technology for outstanding performance. With a maximum propagation delay of 10 ns and low pulse width distortion, they support data rates of up to 150 Mbps for 5 V operation. The ADuM34xE data channels are independent and available in various configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 5.7 kVrms. The devices operate with supply voltages ranging from 2.25 V to 5.5 V, offering compatibility with lower voltage systems and enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. The isolators are also AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Analog Devices’ ADuM34xE Quad Digital Isolators offer versatile solutions for applications requiring reliable and efficient signal isolation.
