T-Global XL-25 with Li-98 is supplied with a thermally conductive adhesive tape
The XLi98(C) is a ceramic heat spreader from T-Global that is supplied with a thermally conductive adhesive tape for ease of attachment. Specifically aimed at the TV and display industry, this product offers excellent thermal conductivity, high dielectric breakdown, and low weight. It can be used to produce temperature drops of up to 30 K and, being ceramic in nature, does not cause any RF or EMI issues.
