The Micro Commercial Components Gen4 silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diode series, a family of high-voltage SiC Schottky barrier diodes designed to deliver superior switching performance, minimal reverse recovery, and robust thermal management in demanding power systems. The series includes options in DPAK, D2-PAK, and TO-220AC packages to meet diverse design requirements. SiC technology yields low forward voltage drop (below 1.65 V), near-zero reverse recovery (below 25 μA), and high temperature stability, enabling designers to improve efficiency, reduce system losses, and enhance power density in switching power supplies (SMPS), power factor correction (PFC), industrial rectifiers, solar inverters, and other high-power applications.
