The Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCAC power MOSFET series is a versatile portfolio of 40 V and 100 V N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs that are engineered for efficient power switching across industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. Designed to deliver low on-resistance, strong current handling capability, and reliable thermal performance, the MCAC series enables designers to optimize efficiency while reducing the PCB footprint. Select devices are available in AEC-Q101 automotive-grade variants, offering enhanced robustness and reliability for demanding environments such as 12 V automotive systems and high-current motor control applications.
