Tekuest is a UK-based embedded systems and IoT consultancy supporting clients globally, specializing in low-power, battery-powered wireless product development. We work with product companies and design consultancies across the full development cycle, from requirements and architecture through to PCB design, firmware, integration, certification support and production handover. Wireless expertise includes LoRaWAN, BLE, cellular (LTE-M, NB-IoT, LTE Cat 1), satellite, NFC and proprietary sub-GHz RF. We are an official TagoIO partner and have experience integrating devices with The Things Network, TagoIO, and custom backend platforms for dashboards, device management and data pipelines.

We work across microcontroller platforms including STMicroelectronics STM32, Microchip PIC, Texas Instruments MSP430 and CC-series, Espressif ESP32, NXP, and Silicon Labs. Hardware design covers schematic capture and PCB layout in KiCad, with a strong focus on low-power design, RF performance, and design for manufacture. Firmware development includes bare-metal and RTOS-based systems in C, including FreeRTOS, power management, sensor integration, secure boot, OTA updates, and LoRaWAN stack integration. Typical applications include industrial sensors, environmental monitoring systems, asset trackers, water and gas dosing controllers, smart building sensors, and wearable safety devices.
