EVAL6227QR: 1.4A, 8 ~ 52V in, Stepper Motor Driver


The EVAL6227QR Demonstration board is a DMOS dual full-bridge designed for motor control applications, realized in BCD multipower technology.

The L6227Q is a DMOS dual full bridge designed for motor control applications, realized in BCD multipower technology, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. The device also includes two independent constants off time PWM current controllers that performs the chopping regulation. Available in VQFPN32 5 mm x 5 mm package, the L6227Q features a non-dissipative overcurrent protection on the high side power MOSFETs and thermal shutdown.
